Promotional Agreement
Wykee Records provides approved promotional models with merchandise and promotional gear to help promote Wykee Records, its artists, music, and brand. Models agree to create professional photos and videos featuring Wykee Records branding and approved music content. Models represent the Wykee Records promotional team and agree to maintain a professional image while promoting the brand.
Models may participate in promotional campaigns, magazine features, and cover opportunities. If selected for a magazine cover campaign, the model will receive fifty percent (50%) of monthly sales generated from that cover placement. Additional paid opportunities may be offered by Wykee Records when available.
This agreement remains active for two (2) years unless Wykee Records chooses to end the agreement earlier.
Photo & Video Rights
The model grants Wykee Records permission to use approved photos and videos for promotional purposes including websites, social media, advertising, marketing campaigns, editorial features, and other brand promotions.
Electronic Signature Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that this agreement is completed electronically. I understand that my digital signature submitted through this form has the same intent and meaning as a handwritten signature. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Wykee Records Promotional Model Agreement.
